After many years as a Speech and Language Therapist working with people with Brain Injury and managing a team of specialist therapists at Murdostoun Brain Injury Rehabilitation Centre, Kay has recently taken up the post of Major Trauma Coordinator for the West of Scotland Major Trauma Centre based in Queen Elizabeth University Hospital. 

 

Major Trauma Coordinators are a recent development in Scotland and she is excited to be part of the opening of this national service and working closely with patients who use the service, their families and other committed professionals in the hospital and beyond while promoting the importance of communication at every level.
